MARKETING FOR EXCEPTIONAL LIVING SPACES
We've had the pleasure of working closely with Carmichael Homes to develop branding, development websites and marketing assets for their latest property developments, Bridge of Weir, Queen's View Apartments and Water of Leith Apartments. We were very happy to hear that Carmichael Homes has been nominated for two 2022 Scottish Home Awards for Developer of the Year and Apartment of the Year for their Edinburgh-based property development, Queen's View Apartments.
We built bespoke websites for Bridge of Weir, Queen's View Apartments and Water of Leith Apartments, which helped us bring together all of their marketing materials. We also worked with Carmichael Homes to rework and update their website to be more optimised, fast and mobile responsive with improved SEO.
Video Production
To generate excitement and interest, we produced unique coming soon teaser videos for each development showcasing an overview of the local area to give potential buyers an early look at where their new home is situated.
Print, Design & Branding
We had the great pleasure of redesigning the Carmichael Homes branding to give them a more distinctive look. We then had the task of producing branding for their latest property developments, providing them with a unique style. We then incorporated the branding into other marketing materials such as the development websites, brochures, promo videos and more.
3D Visualisations
To help provide an early look at the exterior and interiors of developments before they begin construction, we can create a series of computer-generated images that would. This would provide potential buyers with a close approximation of how the interior and exteriors will look when construction is completed.
Interactive House Locator
The interactive maps in our applications help to show off each Carmichael Homes development and let potential buyers choose the house they want from a list. It provides all of this information about each plot, such as floor plans with specifications for different types or styles of homes available there too.
